How It Works

The AI "SmartSMS Suggest" tool will help you with suggested content for your SMS. You can access this by clicking the "Not sure what to say?" link on your "Send a Message" page.

Then you just type into the left side of the screen, telling it what you're trying to accomplish with your message, and click "Submit." Within seconds it will automatically generate content suggestions for you:

You can scroll through the suggestions and select the one you like the best (if any), or you can click "Regenerate" and it will give you new content suggestions.

Click "Accept" after selecting your preferred message content, and that content will be automatically loaded into the input box on the "Send a Message" page.

Foreign Language Suggestions

One use for this is that you can get suggestions in foreign languages as well. As an example, this can help if you speak English but have Spanish-language subscribers. AI can whip up suggestions so that you don't have to do all the translation yourself:
