You can now assign your messages to "campaigns" and track those campaigns from within your online dashboard.
Here's how!
How to Assign Messages to a Campaign
When sending or scheduling your messages from the "Send a Message" page you can assign that message to a campaign from the confirmation notice that comes up after submitting the message. You can either select an existing campaign from the drop-down, or you can click "Quick Add" to add a new campaign.
If you want to add a message that's already been sent to a campaign, you can go to the Sent Messages Report, and click "Details" for the message that you'd like to add to the campaign.
You can then select the campaign you'd like to assign the message to, or click "Quick Add" to create a new campaign.
How to View Your Campaign Analytics
You can find the "Campaigns" page under the "Messages" tab on your navigation bar:
From here you can view your campaign analytics:
- How many messages have been delivered in that campaign
- How many people have unsubscribed by responding STOP to messages in that campaign
- How many people have replied to messages in that campaign
- How many link clicks there have been from tracked links in that campaign
You can click "Add Campaign" to create a new campaign, and you can search through or filter the campaigns according to when they were last updated.
If you no longer want a campaign to appear on this main view, you can click the "Archive" button to move the campaign to the "Archived" tab.
You can click the "Details" button to view more information regarding the campaign and to edit the campaign name or description. You'll also be able to view graphs illustrating your campaign's analytics.
