Subscriber Report

A good online text service will allow you to track information about your subscribers.

With subscriber reports, you can get a better idea of opt-in and opt-out information for your subscribers.

This feature can be found under your “Reports” tab in your online dashboard:

From here you'll be able to view how many subscribers have opted in and opted out each month.

You can also view a chart of your total subscribers and the methods by which subscribers have opted in each month to your mass text alerts.

You can filter by group and date range by selecting the filters at the top of the page.
