Not only is Mobile Text Alerts an online text service, you also have access to a Live Assistant feature.
The Live Assistant will watch your live sale, and keep track of “sold” comments, so that you can keep track of who has claimed which items.
UPDATE: The Live Assistant now runs in a separate web browser instead of at the bottom of the Live Assistant page when you click the Start Assistant button. (If a pop-up blocker blocks the assistant from opening you may need to have your blocker allow the page.) This means that you also will need to run the assistant from a web browser rather than the mobile app.
From here you will be able to set up info for the live assistant.
Sale Keywords - These will be words people can comment on your post to claim an item. You are able to have more than one sale keyword. (For example, if your sale keyword is sold people could post "Sold 123" to claim item 123.)
Claim Auto-Response - This is what the Live Assistant will automatically comment back in Facebook when it detects that someone has commented with the sale keyword(s).
Pass Keywords - These will be words people can comment if they have claimed an item but decide to pass.
Pass Auto-Response - This is what the Live Assistant will automatically comment back in Facebook when it detects that someone has commented with the pass keyword(s).
Sale Opening Post - This is what the Live Assistant will automatically comment on your post after it is started.
Once the info for the Live Assistant is filled out, you can select the Facebook page from which you are running the live sale and then select the post that you want the Assistant to monitor. Click "Start Assistant" and the Live Assistant will pop up in a different browser window and track your sales for you! (Note that you may need to allow pop-ups if your browser blocks the assistant from popping up.)
You can view info the Live Assistant has picked up from past sales by clicking the "Past Sales" button.
